This page governs purchases made on this diamond recharge portal (the "Store"), operated by AnCorps Software Solutions ("we", "us"). The Store sells diamonds — a virtual item used inside the HeyZi Live app — for delivery to an existing HeyZi Live account. It does not create a HeyZi Live account for you and is not itself the app: your use of the app remains governed by the HeyZi Live Terms and Conditions.

1. How a purchase works

You enter the HeyZi ID of the account to top up. We look it up and show you the linked username so you can confirm it's the right account before paying. Once your payment is captured, diamonds are credited to that account automatically — no login or password is asked for or accepted on this page.

2. Your responsibility for the ID you enter

Diamonds are delivered to the HeyZi ID you confirm on screen. Double-check the username shown matches the account you intend to top up. We are not liable for diamonds delivered to an ID you entered and confirmed yourself.

3. Payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) at checkout and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We may decline or limit a transaction where we suspect fraud or abuse.

4. Diamonds have no cash value

Diamonds are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use a feature of the HeyZi Live app. They are not money, not a deposit, and carry no monetary value outside the app. Diamonds cannot be exchanged, resold or redeemed for cash, by you or anyone else.

5. If something goes wrong

If you were charged and diamonds were not credited, or you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us — see our Refund Policy for how that's handled. Successful purchases where diamonds have been credited are final.

6. Availability

The Store is provided on an "as is" basis. We may suspend, change or discontinue it at any time, including while we or Razorpay complete account setup or maintenance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of a purchase on this Store is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kochi, Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
