This page explains what this diamond recharge portal (the "Store") collects when you make a purchase. It is operated by AnCorps Software Solutions, Kochi, Kerala, India. It does not cover the HeyZi Live app itself — see the HeyZi Live Privacy Policy for that.
No account, no login
This Store does not ask for or store a password. Each purchase is a one-time transaction tied to the HeyZi ID you enter.
What we collect
- The HeyZi ID you enter, and the username we look up and show you to confirm it's the right account.
- The email address you provide, to send your payment receipt.
- Transaction records — the package, amount, currency, and the order/payment references Razorpay gives us for that purchase.
- Device and network data — your IP address and basic request data, used only to rate-limit abuse of this page.
The history cookie
This site stores a small cookie in your browser listing the recharges you've made from it, so the "Recharge history on this device" section can show their status. It stays on your device, is used only to look up those specific transactions, and is not used for tracking or advertising.
How we use it
- To find the account to credit and confirm it with you before payment
- To process payment through Razorpay and credit diamonds once it's captured
- To send your receipt by email
- To investigate a failed or disputed payment if you contact us
- To detect and block abuse of this page
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share only what's needed to complete your purchase:
- Razorpay — to process the payment. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay; we never see or store them.
- Resend — to send your receipt email.
We may also disclose information where required by law, court order or a lawful request from a government authority.
Retention
We keep transaction records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention purposes.
Your choices
To request access to or deletion of the data tied to a purchase, contact [email protected] with the recharge ID from your receipt. We may need to keep transaction records where the law requires it even after such a request.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
